"I live in Foxfire Estates II and would like to be added to your email list. I have unfortunately been affected by the roadside pop up music scene the past couple weekends due to the noise levels. I’ve noticed on the Smoky Mountain Event schedule that they have bands there the next 2 weekends (October 16 & 17 and 23 & 24th) How have they managed to pull off these concerts with absolutely NO noise barriers in place?
