Major Jason Smiley also is serving as a community/fairgrounds liaison and will hear your plea...but request to speak to a Deputy about your problem if Major Smiley is not available. Have them document your call. Ask that the Deputy come to your home to hear for himself. Be persistent. It DOES make a difference!
