Unbelievable!!! Event Scheduled for Thanksgiving at SMEC!

Just a note to give you a "heads up" that on the SMEC schedule, for the month of November are two weddings, one on Thanksgiving Day, the Lionel Villarroel wedding, and the other for Saturday after, the Rosa Landa Quinceanera wedding.  

Why there is a wedding on Thanksgiving is beyond understanding, and if it is unreasonably loud, as they have tended to be, please call your local Sheriff's Dept and request a deputy come to your home to document the noise, most likely the extreme base that you may hear.  Call 828 452 6666.  Select #1 for a Deputy and let them know you want a written report filed, so the deputy MUST come to your home.  

It would be nice if the SMEC observed the major holidays at least, to show some consideration for their neighbors that surround the facility.   Please report any and all noise problems on BOTH these days, don't ignore them.  Remember, reporting and written documentation counts significantly. We must continue to do so!
