Thanks to all 109 Haywood County residents that signed the Put An End to the Noise Petition!!! While the petition was presented to the Haywood County Board of Commissioners and the SMEC Board of Directors on November 16, we will continue to gather signatures into the New Year. We will continue until we have found ALL the county residents that have suffered within their own homes from excessive noise coming from the old fairgrounds from outdoor concerts and loud, indoor sound systems.
