Haywood County's Noise Ordinance is one of the most outdated in the state of North Carolina. It has not been updated since 1995, and that change made it possible for any organization or person that wanted to make A LOT of NOISE to do so, as long as they could claim it was for "business or economic purpose." Know that our problem could happen ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTY. And then it will be YOUR problem too.
