Hear My Plea....from a neighbor

"I live next to the Haywood County Fairgrounds. The noise from the bands playing on the grounds is excessively loud both during performances and during practice sessions, which occur in the mornings and afternoons of the evenings designated for concerts. The bass is enough for me to feel in my house a 1/2 mile from the grounds. I have had repeated headaches caused by the noise of the bands."
